When I was young and in my prime, I'd chop my Harley all the time.

But now I'm older and got more smarts, I restore my Harley with original parts.

I met Al Kapone in the annex tavern a long time ago. I said I was building a 45 Flathead and Al instantly became a great friend of mine. I think the Flathead’s were in his blood. Al was H-D, his life was Harley Davidson! There were many a time we would sit around, Drink some OUZO and shoot the shit about 45’s and pan’s and the such. I owe a lot of my flathead knowledge to Al, He knew more than a lifetime can teach about harley. Hand Al a part and he could tell you the year and model with ease. He could also tell you if was original or not, Speaking of original Al was about as original as it gets from the Garlic to the Handlebar moustache.  A Veteran of the U. S. ARMY and the U. S. Post Office.

Al was a real Legend of the Road                "Onions"

Do me a favor. Don’t Drink and Drive! A drunken turd took the life of this great person, it was a terrible waste.
