Jack Lewis "Peppy" Peppan
Born June 27, 1928, at home in Ballard,Washington
Died November 4, 1997, at Arden Nursing Home, Shoreline, Washington.

 

Son of Donald Louis "Big Peppy" and Catherine Marie "Kit" Peppan.

He worked for Broadway Harley Davidson, Independent Delivery, Smith Gandy Ford, and Bill Pierre Ford, all of Seattle. In and around working, he raced Harley Davidson motorcycles for Seattle's Queen City Motorcycle Club, raced roadsters, did a short but successful stint as a 3/4 midget racer, and was an avid outdoors man.

Peppy is survived by his wife, Joan D. Peppan; his daughter, Lisa M.
Peppan; sons Donald C. Peppan, and James Henry Peppan; daughters-in-law
Janis E. Peppan, and Pamela Creitz-Peppan; granddaughter, Amberlee Jula
Peppan; brother, Donald W. "Bud" Peppan; and sister, Diane M. "Bridgie"
Furniss.


Beloved son, brother, uncle, husband, father, grandfather, friend, and
human being, he touched all he met.
